    I have to agree with the review about the Manager being rude. I had an experience dealing with her too and she totally made it seem like it's just something that "happens". I cannot even talk about what i witnessed there! it was discussting, and she did not handle it like she should have in my opinion. Also, i go frequently and not once does she EVER smile, or greet you in a friendly manner. I consider us regular's! The bouncer's and greater's at the door are so friendly and very well mannered. Too bad i can't say the same for the Manager and also a female bartender who only smiles and treats the men nicely. I have been served by her, and she is rude and so high on herself she doesn't even say thanx when you leave a nice tip. The other female bartenders are nice! Finally, about 3 wks ago they brought in 2 or 3 male bartenders. What took so long? Women spend just as much money, and if you didn't get us going your business would fail. So, why not cater alittle to us. Get some great looking male bartenders! About the madatory coat check, it's ridiculous. Just yet another way to make $ and i heard a woman tell us once that she got sent to the back of the line when she already had paid for her coat to be checked and only needed something out of her pocket i believe? and they had her stand in a huge line-up again. I had her go infront of us because i thought it was unfair. Too bad the Management is so bad, maybe that place would be rated one of the better places to go to in Markham. If you waiting for a Owner to see this or anything to come out of you taking your time to comment. "dont' bother" been there done it!!! They simply don't care
